My Paperwork Is Done!

I received my I-171H from CIS, that's Citizen & Immigration Services. This is the last document I was waiting for. I have completed all of the required paperwork and my dossier is currently being translated so all of this means that the wait for my son has begun!

Hi Chris! I've been checking on your blog everyday and am so excited to see your paperwork is done. We're adopting from Russia, but had considered Kaz and still are for the future. We are right behind you in the document stage (have our CIS approval, but waiting on one more document) and I'm hoping I'm done next week! Can't wait to follow your adoption and see how different/similar it is to ours. Best wishes!

Outstanding news. I am also adopting from Kaz (girl). As much of a relief it is to have your dossier done, now you need to find something else to pass the time. You'll be with your son in no time at all!

Congratualations!!! It took us 2 years to complete ours thanks to Immigration losing all of our stuff and a couple of other things. Can't wait to watch your story unfold and we are excitied for you as newly adoptive parents of a wonderful boy from Kaz! Sincerely, Gena and Jaimie Lloyd Texas www.jaimiegena@yahoo.com
