Must be like the cows we had all over the US awhile ago!
In the words of our Kazakh coordinator - the camels are just a form of 'art'. (Her exact words were 'ugly art thanks to you Americans' :)
I love the camels, here in Erie we had a GO FISH and a LEAP FROG Art program with painted sculptures around town. It was great for tourism and all the Fish and Frogs were auctioned off and the money went to charity.
