Once you leave the city, life is very different for the Kazach people. This is an electrical source, these are everywhere and nothing is done for safety, it appears they were installed where needed for functionality.

I've seen this every few days, people come with all sorts of containers to get water. I see outhouses near there homes and apparently they do not have running water. On days when water is not being given out, the water tanks are locked up behind huge fences.
